We are looking for support with weaning off of nipple shield. Our baby is 3 weeks old and the hospital had us use fast flow bottle to get her weight up initially. She feeds pretty well with a nipple shield but not directly.

Baby born on Feb 23 has a shallow patch and I have been been pumping because shallow patch has caused my nipples to enlarge and become lipstick shaped, urgent question is I’m crying because they are still misshaped even after 18 days.

I am looking for a lactation consultant who has many years of experience and can help me with getting my 2 month old to remember how to take the bottle so my husband can also feel her. She has a strong preference for breast feeding and I'd like her to take the bottle again. She was able to take it before but now is preferring not too. As of 3 days ago she took it but I'm not sure what happened. She will even let the breast milk drip out of her mouth from the bottle.

This is our first pregnancy, pregnant with twins! I will be delivering by c-section at women’s hospital in Vancouver, but we live in Tsawwassen.

I am giving birth in Surrey memorial hospital and I can only give 50 dollars per day 😊,it's my budget and I need doula for day only 2 hours in morning and 2 hours for evening .and I want to give birth naturally .

Breast feeding was very hard with my first, I am hoping for some guidance the second time around for an easier transition. 5. I had to have a c-section after 14hrs of active labour… With a failed epidural after 3 attempts. The epidural was left in, so I wasn’t able to move around which made the pain very intense. I am hoping to have a VBAC this time, but would like someone in my corner to help with the process so my husband can focus on me and not the medical aspects.

I am giving birth in a hospital very close to our home (5 minutes ride). We are living on a boat, what might be a little challenging for the time before and after birth. I plan to labour naturally at the hospital and without PDA, however when it's getting to rough for my body, I will switch to a PDA. My husband will be with me, but we have no family living close by, who can help us after birth. After the birth I want to breastfeed my child. It's our first child, so we don't have any experience.
