Hello everyone, I'm a Birth and Postpartum Doula, as well as a Childbirth Educator. I absolutely love all things birth and baby, but my passion is in helping families adjust to the new changes that a baby brings. I truly believe that everyone should have the support that they need going into pregnancy, birth and postpartum. It's a rollercoaster of a time, with a million questions that come with it. I can help with housework, laundry, meal prep, caring for baby while Mom sleeps, showers or just takes a break. I can assist mom and provide referrals for/answer questions and concerns regarding the baby or her recovery. The benefits to my service is largely that mom doesn't feel like everything is all on her, during a time that she needs to focus on recovery.
