About the class

This two hour online class teaches the 7 "natural laws" of breastfeeding that give you the tools to establish breastfeeding successfully. You will learn: * how your birth impacts your nursing relationship, and how to get a good start, no matter what your birth is like * the 7 Natural Laws of Breastfeeding, based on the excellent breastfeeding guide, Breastfeeding Made Simple, by Nancy Mohrbacher, IBCLC, and Kathleen Kendall-Tackett, Ph.D., IBCLC (used by permission) * laid back breastfeeding and how to hold your baby to encourage her natural nursing behaviors * how to promote healthy, comfortable nursing and an abundant milk supply​ You are welcome to take the class as an individual or as a couple. If you are taking the class as part of a couple, register BOTH the male and the female participants to save both your spots! The price of the class is for the expectant mother. The companion of her choice may attend at no further cost.

As a certified perinatal loss doula trained in Psychological First Aid, I am prepared to help families in challenging and unexpected situations as well.
