Hello, My name is Erica Espinal and I am a trained Doula as well as a Licensed Esthetician. I wanted to be become a doula because birth is a life-changing experience and all women deserve to have the opportunity to be given that extra support they might have needed or wanted. As well as being a birth doula, I am also training to be a postpartum doula, because I believe that care and support is needed not only during pregnancy and birth but once the baby is born as well!

I am a Full-Spectrum Doula, Childbirth Educator, Placenta Specialist, Herbalist, and Certified Lactation Educator. I have been attending births since 2005 and have been honored to witness over 420 births to date. I am certified as a Full-Spectrum Doula through Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings. I am certified to teach childbirth education through BACE-NMC and am a Certified Lactation Educator through CAPPA. I identify as Queer/Bi and I am bi-lingual in Spanish.
