As a first-time mother in a new country, I was looking for a doula who could guide me through the birth process with understanding and care. Sitra provided just that. From our initial meetings, she made sure I felt comfortable and informed about my options, and during labor, her calm and professional presence was exactly what I needed. She was attentive to my needs, advocating for me and ensuring that I felt safe at every step. After the birth, Sitra also offered helpful support with breastfeeding, giving me the confidence I needed as I adjusted to life with my newborn. I became a doula to not only heal from my traumatic birth expirence but also to help others hopefully avoid one all together. We as moms don't always have a village and if we do they might not have all the facts . I want to be that village for your family and help YOU make the best choices for YOUR family and YOUR baby.

"We had a homebirth after my traumatic hospital birth and she clarified everything for me . She made the environment so calming and powerful that I honestly had *almost* no pain up until transition. We did the gold plan and it was worth every penny especially with a goody bag on babies "birthday" " - copied and pasted for the client by the owner

I am an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant, parent educator, and mother of four with personal experience breastfeeding my four children through a variety of challenges for about six years. My nursing experience includes two years in NICU. I'm not currently licensed in California as a registered nurse. As a new mother, I was so thankful to have in-home support. This is the same model I have developed my lactation services on. Early and often works well for establishing your milk supply. It also works well to provide support to new parents as they adjust to life with a new baby. I provide free ongoing follow-up support to all consultations to help you embrace motherhood with confidence.

I am a Registered Nurse and a mother of 5 boys (3 on earth and 2 angels in heaven). When my first was born he had a NICU stay of one week. The Lactation Consultant on duty empowered me to breastfeed him and gave me tools so that I could bring him home sooner than expected. She inspired me to follow a career into lactation. Then after having breastfed my own children and developing a passion for helping others, I went on to become a IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant). I also have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Wellness Management and Nursing. I have been an RN for the last 12 years.
