I'm passionate about supporting women and couples in giving birth not only to their families, but to their most embodied, empowered selves and to lives they love. I provide support throughout the childbearing year including pre-conception and fertility coaching, counseling for pregnancy release of all kinds (miscarriage, stillbirth, termination and fetal anomaly), holistic preparation for birth, ‘baby-proofing’ your relationship or marriage and postpartum recovery support. I have extensive experience supporting clients with a history of trauma (including developmental, sexual and birth-related trauma), eating disorders and body image issues, fertility challenges and prior loss. I emphasize the mind-body connection and offer a holistic approach including physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of care. I completed my doula training with acclaimed trainer Judy Chapman in 2009, in her last class of doulas before she retired and closed the renown Chapman Family Center. I'm a graduate of UC Berkeley and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

i’m a birth and postpartum doula with a passion for supporting women and their families. Everyone’s transition looks different and their care therefore should be individualized for them! My philosophy is that supported is best, in any circumstance. Epidural, unmedicated, surgical, whatever birth & postpartum looks like- you deserve to be supported.
