Im Anna, labor Doula As a mother of three, I’ve experienced the powerful journey of natural birth firsthand, with one induction and two completely unmedicated births. These personal experiences, combined with my lifelong dedication to birth work, have deepened my commitment to helping other women embrace their innate strength and achieve a peaceful, instinctual birth. My path to becoming a doula was inspired by my mother, a labor and delivery nurse, and my role as an older sibling to five younger brothers and sisters. Additionally, for the past 20 years, I have assisted in animal births, witnessing how calm, meditative and instinctual the process can be. I bring this unique perspective to my work with women, helping them connect to their own natural ability to birth with ease, like a cat 😻. I will protect your space and make sure you are getting what you envision for yourself and your baby. I am a ProDoula-certified labor doula, CPR-certified, and fluent in English, Spanish, Russian, and Ukrainian. Serving all Palm Beach County.

Hiiiii ! I’m Helene Alvarez, the hands behind Abide Birth Services. I’m a certified christian doula and a woman of deep faith who sees birth as both sacred and powerful. Abide was created not just as a business, but as a ministry—to serve, support, and walk alongside families during one of the most transformative seasons of life. My philosophy is rooted in SERVANTHOOD and PHYSIOLOGICAL BIRTH: to be present, prayerful, and prepared—helping you feel seen, heard, and strengthened every step of the way. Whether we’re creating your birth plan, navigating labor together, or unpacking emotions during the postpartum season, I approach each moment with care, humility, and intention. I believe every woman deserves support that’s both evidence-based and heart-led, and every family deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

Jeni is a graduate of the University of Florida. She has been a Certified Birth Doula through DONA International for over 16 years. Jeni has attended over 275 births which have included twin vaginal births, water births, VBACS, scheduled and non-scheduled cesarean sections and high risk births. Jeni is also specifically trained in Hypnobirthing® Labor Support Techniques. Jeni’s role is to supply a woman and her partner with information with which they can make the best personal decisions for themselves. She supports the partners so that they are able to participate at their own comfort level. She believes a doula’s non-judgmental supportive role is very influential to the labor, birth, and postpartum outcome. Jeni values a good relationship with her clients and their families as well as the medical/labor professional community.

My sole purpose on this planet is to nurture my own family and to aide you in nurturing yours! I specialize in helping new mothers navigate unmedicated births, be it in-home or in the hospital. I fully believe in the human body and all that we are capable of handling. I also fully believe in the birthing mother. The way you want to birth is the only way it should be done.
