I'm a social worker by education. I've spent the last 14 years working with low-income families to empower and encourage sustainability and health literacy. I became interested in birth work when I began working on a project to reduce infant mortality. I realized that many birthing persons do not realize all of the decisions that they have to make before, during and after birth. And that they do, and should, have a say in all of these decisions. I want to help families make informed choices that will enhance their birth experience and bring a healthy person into the world safely. I am super invested in helping folks secure their breast/chestfeeding relationship. Whether you are the birthing person, the adoptive parent, the non-gestational parent or just a supportive partner, we can talk about how to make your lactation journey successful. I successfully induced lactation for my first daughter as the non-gestational parent and am really excited to be able to share my lactation knowledge and journey with others. To tell you a little about myself, I love scrapbooking, music, outdoor activities, I’ve always been involved in sports. Loving being involved in my churches youth program helping young adults my age and younger build a stronger relationship with Christ. I am very responsible, trustworthy, self-motivated and self-determined to excel in any and every aspect in my life. I absolutely adore kids. Growing up in a HUGE family there were nothing but kids all day every day. Being a part of their everyday lives and watching them grow makes me feel accomplished that I had a little to do with helping them grow and mature. I find joy in being a fun dependable person people can call on. I have been a professional nanny for over 10 + years traveling, working for NFL, pro baseball, doctors & lawyers. I have experience with sleep training, multiples , ODD disorder, serve allergies and so much more.

I am a mom of 4 and grandmother of 7. I am a RN having working in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Nursery and NICU. I have been an LC for 10+ years. I have a passion for assisting mom and families to develop a plan with feeding that work for mom and that helps her reach her goals.
