Hello, I’m Mackenzie! My goal is to empower women during labor and support them in all aspects. I provide comfort techniques to help labor discomforts. I am certified in birth and postpartum so I can support before, during and after birth.

I’m Amanda, a DONA-trained birth doula here in the St. Louis area! My passion advocating for and supporting mommas as a doula came after my own pregnancy and birth experience and after hearing birth testimonies from friends and family close to me!
