I am a lactation consultant (IBCLC) and RN who has worked in the mother-baby world since 1994. I have a very varied background spanning the hospital, pediatric offices, home visiting, WIC, and telehealth. For almost 30 years I've helped families from 1 hour old to 1+ year old, and look forward to helping you figure out your path forward with breastfeeding and/or pumping.

My name is Meghon! I'm a mom of 2 three and under, a c-section mama, home birth mama, formula mama, and exclusively breastfeeding mama! If there's one thing I take away from parenting, it's that it's a journey and there's a ton of right ways to do it. You're doing great! As a postpartum doula, I am committed to providing compassionate, nonjudgemental, and trauma informed care and guidance for mothers, partners, and families. I believe that the postpartum period deserves as much attention and care as pregnancy and birth, and I'm passionate about fostering an environment where families can thrive, grow, heal, and create lasting memories while they get to know their newest tiny bestie.

I have been a certified professional postpartum doula and infant feeding specialist for the past six years. I specialize in overnight care and sleep support. I live in Grand Rapids with my husband and three daughters.
