Hello! As a birth doula, my intention is to help my clients feel comfortable, confident, and at ease from conception to postpartum. I provide my clients with evidence-based, nonjudgmental, physical and emotional support, and a loving, calming presence. What brings me the most joy in doing this work are the relationships formed, understanding my client’s needs and goals, and supporting them to get there. I’m a mom to two little girls, a former collegiate volleyball player, strength coach, and certified yoga teacher. Functional movement and training have been a part of my life for quite some time, and a significant component of my approach - helping my clients to physically prepare for motherhood. I look forward to connecting and seeing how I can best support you during this season of life!

Hello, My name is Erica Espinal and I am a trained Doula as well as a Licensed Esthetician. I wanted to be become a doula because birth is a life-changing experience and all women deserve to have the opportunity to be given that extra support they might have needed or wanted. As well as being a birth doula, I am also training to be a postpartum doula, because I believe that care and support is needed not only during pregnancy and birth but once the baby is born as well!

I am no stranger to the learning curve of parenthood! I am committed to helping new families find their true north on this life-changing journey. I strive to validate and fulfill a family’s birth preferences through evidence based education, access to quality perinatal care, and personal empowerment. I let my intuition, expansive knowledge, and instinct guide my hands-on support style, and help create a nurturing environment that fosters confidence, self-advocacy, and love. I aspire to give birthing individuals and families the space to be themselves to create deep connections during this beautiful, miraculous and vulnerable time.
