Hi there! My name is Trina and I am a certified birth doula serving King and Snohomish County in Washington. I have been attending births for the past 12 years as a sister and a friend, and professionally for the past 4 years. I am a Christian and I have a husband and 4 children of my own ranging from age 5 to 13. My mission as your birth doula is to help you have a positive, fulfilling birth experience where you feel supported, encouraged, empowered and heard. My desire is to provide a calm, judgement-free space where you can be YOU and birth how you need to. I believe that you are the expert on your body and emotions. I will take on your goals and desires as my own, and I will be completely dedicated to protecting the memory of your birth.

Trina was a wonderful Doula who shared her peaceful presence, extensive knowledge, and practical strategies in our visits leading up to giving birth. This carried over to the day of birth and we could not have done it without her! She was extremely grounding and helpful to my husband- relieving him to eat or just take care of himself, while she continued to take care of and support me. She was a team player and always deferred to us, but made great suggestions when we asked for them. I would highly recommend Trina (and I have recommended her to friends!).
