Hi everyone! My name is Crystal Nightingale and I am a mother baby nurse and lactation consultant. I provide newborn care, postpartum, feeding and sleep support to new families. I am passionate about helping families make parenting easier. As a mom of 4 myself, I know firsthand how overwhelming, yet so rewarding being a parent can be. And support is so important! My goal is to bridge the gap in postpartum and lactation support. Many things have changed over the years in regards to the medical field, including newborn care and lactation, and I am excited to help your family navigate parenthood through evidence based education and resources. I will assist you to achieve your family goals, whatever you decide, I am here for you.

As a doula and childbirth educator with over 20 years of experience, I have come to learn that compassionate support is the most important thing I bring to birth. Close to 1000 births matters. Having taught 1000s of couples in childbirth classes matters. But mostly what matters is that the person giving birth feels respected, listened to and supported by someone who is thinking about all possible options for you in an objective way. I believe in freedom of choice based on knowledge of the alternatives. I aim to increase confidence and decrease fear. And in the end, I want you to feel like you have had a compassionate, knowledgeable companion dedicated to helping you navigate this this major life transition that we call birth.
