Hi! My name is Ella and I am a birth and postpartum doula serving primarily the Hamilton, Haldimand/Norfolk, & Brantford areas. I have always had a passion for all things pregnancy, birth and babies. I found my passion for birth work while searching for my own doula for the birth of my son last year! I truly believe that birth can be a calm, peaceful experience with the proper education and preparation. In my free time I enjoy physical activity whether that be indoor or outdoors, family time and a good latte.

Lara Esrey (they/them) is a queer non-binary full spectrum doula & educator. They offer doula support for birth, postpartum, abortion & loss. They also teach childbirth & postpartum preparation prenatal classes, offer lactation support, and are a community herbalist. Lara is trauma informed and approaches this work from a person-centred standpoint.
