Hello, my name is LaDysha, pronounced (La-Day-Shu). I am a highly motivated and certified birth doula here in Fayetteville, North Carolina. I'm significantly close to Fort Liberty (formerly known as Fort Bragg). Outside of birthing my own children, I have always known I would be a part of helping bring new life into the world in some fashion. I initially set out to study to be an OB/GYN, but my path led me here, and so far, this territory feels more like home to me. I feel I have more space to support, encourage, and empower my clients as a birth doula. My practice encompasses natural and pure vibrations, from language to listening and following the body's natural instincts. Along with my knowledge of positions during labor, as a certified prenatal yoga instructor, I will also be able to help you enhance your understanding of your body and how to prepare it for childbirth. Hi my name is Jerilyn Free but I go by “Jeri”. I am from the Triad are and am definitely a unicorn in this field. I am an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) and a Certified Birth Doula. I have been working as a Birth Doula since 2016. I have assisted in vaginal births, c-sections, vbacs, water births, virtual doula work, and have supported families that have dealt with a loss. My experience is wide! Currently, I work in a hospital as a Lactation Consultant. My special touch is assisting families in the early days of learning your baby. Working with teens/young adults. These times are very important. Many times birthing parents may not get that special attention. So as a doula and an LC, I am can be there at the birth and can assisting you with your feeding needs. I am one of the Community Directors for Mahogany Milk as well as the Coordinator and Lead for Mahogany Milk Drops at the YWCA in Greensboro. I am a mother of 3 girls, each who I breastfed. I find myself unique because my Bachelor’s Degree is in Animal Science and a Master’s in Agriculture Education. I would love to be part of your birth story.

Hey everyone, my name is Carla West and I am a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula located in Hope Mills, NC. My passion is in reproductive justice and maternal mental health. I come from a background in Early Childhood and Education with current studies in Psychology. My goal as a Doula is to create a safe space for my families all while providing them with affirmations throughout their journey. I hold a judgement-free zone for all, specially when supporting their birthing experience choices. In my free time, I like to read a good book by the nearby lake or spend quality time with my wife and kids volunteering in our community. I also love a good cup of coffee!

Birth and babies has been a main interest of mine since being a little girl. I would watch birth stories on tv and grew up babysitting siblings, cousins, and friends' children. My dreams of being a mom came true when I had my own baby in 2020, and through my birth experience came my new found love for supporting laboring women and being a source of knowledge during such a vulnerable time.

Hi! I am Kristin Frohne, a certified birth doula and certified VBAC doula and lactation consultant. I am a wife and a mom to 3 little kids. I decided to get into birth work because after three very different births( c-section, VBAC induction, and VBAC spontaneous labor), I finally got the birth I dreamed of. I want to help moms and partners feel informed and supported through their pregnancy and birth. Birth is beautiful regardless of how any parent chooses or ends up having a baby, I think that it is the most spectacular thing that could ever happen.
