Hi! I am Kristin Frohne, a certified birth doula and certified VBAC doula and lactation consultant. I am a wife and a mom to 3 little kids. I decided to get into birth work because after three very different births( c-section, VBAC induction, and VBAC spontaneous labor), I finally got the birth I dreamed of. I want to help moms and partners feel informed and supported through their pregnancy and birth. Birth is beautiful regardless of how any parent chooses or ends up having a baby, I think that it is the most spectacular thing that could ever happen.

As many prenatal meetings as needed. The goal is to build a relationship where you are comfortable and I know what you want and can advocate for you. Birth planning Phone and text support through pregnancy. On call starting at 37 weeks Labor and birth support Labor and birth photos if wanted 1 postpartum visit

What to expect

I provide physical, emotional and informational support to help support a healthy happy pregnancy. We will meet multiple times prenatally and create a birth plan and when the big day comes I will be there to support you physically and emotionally.
