About me

Hi! I am Kristin Frohne, a certified birth doula and certified VBAC doula and lactation consultant. I am a wife and a mom to 3 little kids. I decided to get into birth work because after three very different births( c-section, VBAC induction, and VBAC spontaneous labor), I finally got the birth I dreamed of. I want to help moms and partners feel informed and supported through their pregnancy and birth. Birth is beautiful regardless of how any parent chooses or ends up having a baby, I think that it is the most spectacular thing that could ever happen.

Service introduction

I provide physical, emotional and informational support to help support a healthy happy pregnancy. We will meet multiple times prenatally and create a birth plan and when the big day comes I will be there to support you physically and emotionally.
