Hello, I’m Menita Aka Nita , a certified doula and the heart behind Royal Goddess Doula. With a background in childcare. I’ve spent the last year and half passionately supporting families through one of life’s most transformative experiences: bringing a new soul into the world.
My journey into doula work was inspired by my two best friends and their journey to motherhood and support and scary situations they were in during labor and delivery . I realized that every family’s birthing journey is profoundly unique and deserves individualized emotional, physical, and informational support.
I offer a variety of services tailored to your needs, including prenatal consultations, continuous labor support, and postpartum care. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practice and a deep respect for the natural process of childbirth. I aim to provide a nurturing, safe, and empowering environment for you and your family, helping you make informed choices that align with your personal birth plan.

Menita is an incredible doula. She truly brings you comfort, confidence, charisma and makes you feel like the Goddess you are. Having her for your birth experience is incredible, she sets up an ambience of warmth, soothing music, dim lights and just the right amount of encouragement to bring the beautiful life into the world.
