As a mother of three daughters, my own transformative journey into doula work began during my first pregnancy in 2017. I'm a mom, wife and masters educated health educator. I am trained as a labor and deliver doula as well postpartum caretaker. I taught childbirth education for 7+ years. I now own and operate and emotional health therapy practice and also do wholistic counseling. I adore mamas, babies and the birth and parenting journey. Providing excellent wholistic support both physically and emotionally is my sweet spot.

As a doula it is not only my job to provide nurturing physical and emotional support during childbirth, but also to equip each family ahead of time with the knowledge and tools to feel confident going into birth. I believe this makes all the difference in the outcome.

Hello! I am licensed clinical social worker who specializes in the transition to parenthood, the parent child relationship and infant and early childhood mental health (0-7 years old). I help parents achieve better mental health so they can show up for their kids. I also help young kids, through strengthening the parent child relationship, better manage anxiety and other strong emotions. I am also a certified infant massage instructor and use infant massage to teach parents how to soothe and deeply connect with their babies. In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, drinking coffee and spending time with my husband and son.

We are the country's leader in treating moderate to severe pain with a non-invasive laser. Pregnancy indications: 1. Pain during pregnancy. The laser is completely safe, but we do not treat low back pain during pregnancy for medicolegal reasons. 2. Accelerated wound and fracture healing. 3. Post-partum pudendal neuralgia. 4. Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome pains. 5. Neurologic complications from epidural or spinal anesthesia. We accept most PPO, Medicare, and legal cases.

Hi, I'm Jaime! As a postpartum doula, PCD(DONA), I support new families with educational, emotional, and physical support. I have 3 children whom I breastfed each for over a year, and each breastfeeding journey was so unique. I love to help new parents navigate the crazy new world of parenthood through birth, breastfeeding, and newborn care classes and postpartum lactation visits.
