Nurturing growing families in our local community is our passion! We support women & families in our community throughout pregnancy, birth, & postpartum recovery. We offer childbirth education, body balancing for a smoother labor/birth & continuous birth doula services, including emotional, physical & educational support. Our 4th trimester postpartum doula services include breastfeeding support, newborn care & light housekeeping. Doula support improves birth outcomes, increases safety and satisfaction in the birth and postpartum experience, and helps mothers achieve successful breastfeeding; all of which increases confidence in new parents and lowers perinatal mental health disorders, such as postpartum depression.

Hello, my name is Hailey Benbow and I am a Certified Doula (DONA) with a passion for supporting families through the journey of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. After becoming a mother, I was inspired to become a doula and help other families have a positive experience. My philosophy on birth is rooted in the belief that every family deserves personalized care and support throughout the journey to parenthood. I believe in empowering parents to make informed decisions about their pregnancy and birth, and I strive to create a safe, nurturing environment for them to do so. As a doula, I offer a range of services to support expectant parents, including prenatal education, labor support, postpartum care, and breastfeeding support. I have experience working with a variety of different parenting preferences and situations. My approach to working with clients is one of compassion, openness, and collaboration. I prioritize effective communication and am committed to being available to answer any questions or concerns that may arise.
