We thoroughly enjoyed working with Hailey. She was an incredible doula—supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely thoughtful every step of the way. Hailey took the time to walk us through every possible scenario and made sure we felt prepared and confident. In the hospital, she worked seamlessly alongside our care team and advocated for us with such calm, steady presence. We truly couldn’t have done it without her. We are so grateful for her guidance and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled doula.

Hiring Hailey as our doula was a great decision. It gave us such a piece of mind throughout the entire pregnancy. She was also a great resource and supportive through the whole process. Answering any questions and helping walk us through our birth plan and preferences. This was our first baby and we needed a lot of hand holding which she did. My brith itself went a completely opposite direction than what I envisioned and we are so grateful that Hailey was there with us to help us navigate the unexpected. My husband and I both agreed we felt more supported through it, having her there by our side.

While Hailey attended my birth in June, our relationship started before then. I had posted in a Facebook group looking for a birth class and she had a suggestion, but she also private messaged me and answered so many of my questions about birth. Then when I saw her at my birth classes, I knew she was the one! Hailey has so much knowledge around birth and breastfeeding, but also a calming and confting presence, it put me at ease! We had two meetings before my birth (one in person) and one postpartum; I truly felt like she cared and she quickly became someone I trusted! I had a unmedicated birth essentially at home and when Hailey wasn't physically helping or coaching me through contractions, she was guiding my family on how to support me. I can't recommend her enough! Thank you, Hailey, for helping this first time mama practically have her dream birth ??

Having Hailey there to support both my husband and I through labor was fantastic. My husband had been thoroughly equipped through the lamaze courses the doulas provided but Hailey's arrival freed my husband up to take breaks when needed and provide double the support. Hailey came right alongside and helped with the hip squeezes, counter pressure, and positioning making my labor feel much for comfortable. She advocated for me and asked the nurses for my needs to be taken care of. She explained things the nurses and doctors were asking in a way that made it clear and understandable to us and enabled us to make the best decision for our family.

I’m so grateful to have had Hailey by my side during labor and delivery. She studied my birth plan and was on top of making sure I had the birth I wanted. She was the best advocate and cheerleader and made me feel very comfortable and empowered during such a vulnerable moment. Anytime I felt unsure about something a nurse said Hailey was there to give me confidence and to remind me of my rights as a patient. There was a moment toward the end of labor that I was considering medical intervention and Hailey was so wonderful about discussing options with me and ultimately I was able to have my baby girl with no interventions. A note from my support person: She was amazing the moment she arrived to the moment she ended her care with us. Ensuring the whole care team was following my sisters birth plan and reassuring my sisters decisions along the way. Her beautiful bedside manner was a joy to witness. I felt grateful having her guide me in supporting my sister during her labor. Hailey has a true golden heart of a doula.

I have to give a HUGE shout out to the incredible Hailey Benbow with Devoted Doula Services! With my first pregnancy I had an awesome Labor & Delivery nurse who had worked as a midwife and was so supportive and knowledgeable. I knew there was a chance I might not get so lucky again and did not want to take the risk. From the time I signed a contract all through labor and even now in recovery Hailey has been such a gem. Checking in on me regularly and providing me with a wealth of information through the whole process. She was so encouraging and very hands-on with massage/ counter pressure to aid in pain management and positioning to help speed up labor. I felt heard, validated, and so supported as she helped to advocate for me in following my wishes through the birth plan. If you are pregnant or know someone who is I would totally encourage them to use Devoted Doula Services! So worth it to have a guaranteed support person by your side!
