Hello Families! My name is Keyz The Wellness Doula. I am the owner and operator of The Indi Women's Club, a women's health practice focusing on health equity and combating maternal health disparities. In addition to being a certified birth and postpartum doula, I am a registered nurse, childbirth educator and breastfeeding educator. It is my strong belief that education and preparation can reduce fear surrounding birth and make for a positive birth experience. My birth philosophy: birth is a natural physiologic process that should be witnessed and supported rather than governed or controlled.
