Once I found CuraNatal took my insurance, they handled the rest and it was so easy to get connected with a doula without any hassle of dealing with any billing. Just a few emails back and forth and I was ready for services. I even utilized a postpartum lactation consultant that I didn’t know would be covered. They have all kinds of services to offer and I would highly recommend!

some help for Lactation support. My baby was very tense, had a strong tongue tie and we had a difficult time with breast-feeding and latching. Jessica was very knowledgeable and really helped. Take the stress away from me and she was so responsive and helpful. They have a beautiful office space where you feel really comfortable to feed, with every amenity, you can think of. They even took my insurance, it turns out that lactation support is covered by most insurance plans, so if you were struggling or need any sort of lactation support I would definitely recommend Jessica and her team!!

Carrie is the best! We struggled so much with breastfeeding after coming home from the hospital, but thanks to her, we’re now nursing comfortably and confidently. She suggested we see a pediatric dentist, who discovered lip and tongue ties, and Carrie supported us through the releases and relearning process. We’ve been breastfeeding pain-free for over a month! Breastfeeding isn’t always easy, and having Carrie’s expert guidance made all the difference. She listened to our concerns, created plans that worked for us, and offered so much kindness and reassurance. We wouldn’t be where we are today, breastfeeding happily with a healthy, thriving baby, without her. We can’t recommend Carrie enough!

Had to pop over and leave some sweetness for this kind and hilarious soul right here. I wish that I had found her at the beginning of my breastfeeding journey because I know she would have empowered me and held me through the beginning stages of becoming a new mama. She stands for women & is a fierce educator for what she believes & I respect and love this. Couldn’t recommend her more!

Jessica has been one the most genuinely helpful people on my babyhood journey. During pregnancy she helped me in search of doulas and explained all the insurance coverage details i had no idea about. 1 month into postpartum she basically saved our breastfeeding journey as i was about to quit it. With just a few adjustments she made it pain free and we're now going strong! And she educated me about all things breastfeeding that nobody has ever explained or showed me in an understandable way. I truly wish more moms would find her and get the help that they need.

Jessica was amazing! I was having issues with my little ones latch and I loved how quick and easy it was to get an appointment via her website. She sets aside a good amount of time for the appointment so you don’t feel rushed. My baby had a lip, tongue in cheek tie & she was able to address it & give me LOTS of information on what to do next. Mind you, this was my second baby & second time breastfeeding so you think ,” oh I know how to do it all” But you learn SO much each time you breastfeed!! And every baby is different, so I’m glad Jessica was there to guide me through this journey. Thank you Jessica for all the help!! Highly recommend!!

Absolutely recommended. Our baby lost a lot of weight after birth and did not latch. We had an exhausting feeding schedule with trying to breastfeed, pump and finger feeding. With the hormones, lack of sleep and worry about weight development we were completely wiped out. Jessica made time for us on short notice and really took her time. We tried different things together and had a success moment. In the following days we followed Jessica's advice and made great progress within 1-2 days. Alone, we would not have pushed 2-3 hours to try out different things. We felt very comfortable the whole time and are very grateful for Jessica's help.

Jessica is very knowledgeable, empathetic, and professional. It is very easy to get a hold of her to schedule an appointment. She squeezed me into her next available appointment in just 2 days from my call. This was a home consultation for a follow up visit with a lactation consultant after laser removal of upper lip and tongue tie. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the consultation. Jessica carries a portable scale with her among other equipment to thoroughly assess the baby. I was most thankful for how she explained very precisely what I could expect the days following surgery and how to deal with each symptom. She left equipment in the home for me to use if I needed it. After the consult, she was still available by text for additional questions I may have. It was thanks to her that I was able to properly care for my baby postoperatively. I was so inspired by her work that I am now considering becoming a lactation consultant myself. It was in a moment of desperation that I reached out to her when other lactation consultants either could not fit me in quickly or refused to see me since I was not referred to them. Thank you Jessica and may God bless you.

Jessica was a life savor. She was able to accommodate a very short notice appointment post tie release, and has been super reliable ever since, allowing me to add additional appointments to ease my mind and check healing process. She helped me to get my LO exclusively breastfeeding again prior to my vacation and offered assistance with getting a pump through insurance. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. Super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

Jessica came to my home to support my son and myself 2 days post-partum and saved my breast feeding journey with him. Being a first time mom, I am so grateful I took my friend’s referral and called her as soon as I came home, not yet knowing the journey that lie ahead of us. Her support and encouragement in person and via text at all hours of the day was a gift for a freshly postpartum new mom who really wanted to breastfeed like myself. I never felt like our visits were rushed like with the IBCLC’s at the hospital and she went above and beyond to help us, I really can’t imagine doing it without her. I’m happy to report we are almost 8 months into our breastfeeding journey, and my son is a happy and healthy little meatball, per my husband and I. Jessica had more faith and confidence in us than I did, and after 4 visits with the IBCLC at my hospital who said I wouldn’t be able to exclusively breastfeed (due to my nipple trauma and believed undersupply) Jessica encouraged me to the point of an abundant supply. I didn’t think it was possible and I’m so grateful for the resource and support she was for us. If you’re still reading my life story in this Google review, thank you, and please do yourself and/or any moms with newborns you know a favor and send them her way! IBCLC’s are God’s gift to us and Jessica is no exception! Thank you Jessica with Infant Instincts!

A lactation consultant that comes to you! Jessica came and helped mama and baby learn to nurse in the comfort and familiarity of our own home. I have and will continue to recommend Jessica to all moms struggling with breastfeeding.

Jessica totally saved us! I have a preemie and it has been really really tough. She showed up with only a days notice given to her when I desperately needed someone and my preemie successfully breastfed!! She is a lifesaver and I'm ready for her to move in! I’ve learned so much from her and my preemie went from being unable to breastfeed at all to solely breastfeeding with Jessica’s help. It’s so nice to have support as a first time mom on maternity leave feeling a little lost

Within her first day here, my baby lost about 8% of her at-birth body weight. This led us to needing to use an SNS Supplement system, as well as needing to pump and then feed with a syringe... every. single. time. she ate. 0/10 experience. We were also having trouble getting a deep latch. This made feeding VERY painful, even before the end of day 1. I was exhausted, in pain, and honestly feeling like I had failed. Before even leaving the hospital, I reached out to Jessica Hopp of Infant Instincts. She fit in an appt for me for the day after we would be discharged! After seeing Jessica, everything is different. Baby girl is actually eating, getting a good (and non-painful!!) latch, and everyone is getting better sleep (meaning everyone is in a better mood!). I HIGHLY recommend Jessica Hopp of Infant Instincts Inc. 10/10 experience.

Jessica really helped identify the issues I was having with breastfeeding that had been missed by other lactation consultants. I had been told just keep going but she picked up on his tongue tie after a more thorough evaluation. She was really encouraging but also supportive when I contemplated weaning. I’m so happy I stuck it out and am still breastfeeding 5 months in!

Jessica is always great to work with. She is helpful and when I went to her about something outside of her training she quickly reached out to her community and got me a recommendation.
