I cannot recommend Fabiola enough! From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, sweet, knowledgeable, and supportive. She was always so responsive over text and incredibly easy to reach whenever I had a question or needed reassurance.
What I appreciated most was how open-minded and spiritual she was. She truly listened to me, respected my wishes, and never once pushed her own opinions or beliefs onto me. I always felt heard, supported, and safe in her care.
One of the most valuable things she gave me was the use of meditation and visualization to help me stay calm and visualize a successful delivery. This ended up being incredibly helpful during labor. I experienced extremely intense back labor, and even with an epidural, I could still feel the pain. At one point, my heart rate became dangerously high, and using the meditation techniques she had taught me helped me calm my body, regulate my breathing, and get through some of the most difficult moments.
She brought such a calming, reassuring energy to my birth experience, and I truly believe her support made a huge difference. I am so grateful to have had her by my side during such an important and vulnerable moment in my life. If you are looking for a doula who is compassionate, knowledgeable, respectful, spiritually open, and genuinely invested in your experience, I highly recommend her! ❤️

I had the pleasure to work with Fabiola for my second pregnancy. Due to some unexpected events my doula couldn’t be with me and Fabiola was recommended by a friend. We matched right away in our first video call. She was very empathic and knowledgeable. She helped me during my last weeks of pregnancy and delivery. I also had some meditation sessions that really helped me regulate and calm down my nervous system. During labor I had to be induced and progressed very fast but was soon told the heart was dropping. I went in to this state of sadness and insecurity. We were able to do video calls and I was crying a lot and nervous but she helped me calm down with breathing and affirmations. She brought me back to the same peace I felt during our meditation session. I finally felt in ease and had my baby an hour later. This second time my anxiety has been very under control and postpartum has been healing. I truly do believe that the person you have beside you during labor can make all the difference and Fabiola was just what I needed. Can’t recommend her enough!

Fabiola provided incredible support in preparing me mentally and physically for labor and delivery. During birth, she helped me cope with the intensity of the experience both mentally and physically. I truly could not have done it without her. Having her there was such a source of reassurance, encouragement, and strength when I needed it most.
Her postpartum support was equally wonderful. She gave me a soothing massage to help with the swelling in my feet, which was incredibly comforting after delivery. She also provided a Reiki energy healing session and breathwork meditation, which was exactly what I needed after the intense few days following birth. It was such a transformative experience—I felt completely rejuvenated and more grounded afterward.
Fabiola is incredibly easy to work with, quick to respond, and very accommodating. I felt supported, cared for, and understood throughout the entire experience. I hired Fabiola as my postpartum doula, and it’s been a wonderful experience with her. We’ve had two visits so far, and the best part is her calming and encouraging presence. I highly recommend Fabiola's services to any expecting or postpartum mama. I've contacted her shortly before my due date and even though she was quite booked up, she still found time for my intake appointment to make sure I had support. She gave me a relaxing prenatal massage that may have well contributed to baby flipping from breech position! While we ended up not needing Fabiola duing my delivery, her postpartum help, especially the full body massage, was wonderful. She's a great ally to have on your pregnancy & postpartum recovery team.

I found Fabiola here two weeks before my due date and I’m so thankful we were able to connect. We squeezed in a few sessions before my due date. She catered the sessions to my needs and schedule and checked up on me via text. I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl almost a week after my original due date. I went to the hospital at 1am and was induced. Fabiola was willing and available to be there at 1am! Being induced was not part of my original birth plan and as the contractions got worse and worse Fabiola was there along with my partner and nurse. She comforted me, offered massage and helped me breathe through the pain. When I finally got an epidural she stayed with me as I napped and helped me relax. She also helped communicate with the family we had in the waiting room, took photos. All in all she jumped in and did things to help that I wouldn’t have thought to ask for. Also her postpartum massage was amazing! I highly recommend getting her on your team!
