I would like support during birth and after as a priority and a little bit of prep before. I'd also like the Doula to accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance.

Looking for assistance with a home birth . I am open to a water birth as well. I have no insurance so i will be paying out of pocket. My budget is $5,000- $7,000 but i am flexible.
