How to set up your agency

Upgrade from your portal

Name your agency and check out. Your profile, reviews, and conversations become the first profile in your agency, and you keep your email and password.

Add your providers

Create profiles for the rest of your team, or invite providers who are already on Bornbir to move in.

Bring in your staff

Invite coordinators and admins, then choose whether leads go straight to each profile or wait for a coordinator.

How much does Bornbir Agency cost?

$299 a year for up to 30 provider profiles and up to 25 staff logins. Agency is billed yearly only, on one invoice.

I already pay for Premium or Business. What happens to that plan?

It switches to Agency the day you upgrade. On a yearly plan you're charged the prorated difference and keep your renewal date. On a monthly plan the rest of the month is credited back and the yearly Agency plan starts that day. If you're in a free trial, the trial continues.

Can providers who already have a Bornbir profile join my agency?

Yes. Invite them from your Profiles page and they approve the move from an email. Their profile, reviews, and conversations move with them. A provider who pays for their own plan turns off its renewal before approving, since your plan covers their profile.

Do my providers sign in themselves?

No. Your team works every profile from the agency login and your staff logins. A provider who moves their profile into your agency stops signing in to their own account.

What do families see?

Each provider's own profile, marked “Part of” your agency, on the profile and in search results. Families message the provider, and your team answers from the agency inbox.

How is Agency different from Business?

Business is one profile with up to 5 service locations and up to 10 team logins, for a provider or practice that families hire under one name. Agency gives every provider on your team a profile of their own, up to 30, each with the same Business features and search ranking.
