I have UnitedHealthcare Oxford insurance, which offers doula reimbursement. I wanted to ask whether you provide the necessary documentation, such as itemized invoices, receipts, and proof of certification, for insurance reimbursement. I’m naturally a big planner, and as a first-time mom, having the right person by my side throughout this experience is really important to me. I want to feel supported, heard, reassured, and confident knowing I have someone in my corner who will advocate for me, help me navigate the unexpected, and make sure I never feel alone throughout the process. Hi! I’m a first-time mom expecting in June 2027, and I’m looking for a birth doula in the Westchester County area. I’m currently considering giving birth at either NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester (Bronxville) or White Plains Hospital. I’m hoping to find an experienced, compassionate, and knowledgeable doula who can provide both emotional and physical support throughout pregnancy, labor, and delivery. I’m still learning about my birth options and haven’t finalized a birth plan. I’d love someone who can educate me, help me feel confident and prepared, advocate for my preferences, and support me in making informed decisions without judgment. I’m open to an epidural and other medical interventions if needed. I’d also appreciate someone who can help my partner feel involved and prepared, provide guidance on labor positions, breathing techniques, and pain management, and offer postpartum support, particularly with breastfeeding. I’m looking for someone warm, patient, proactive, and easy to communicate with. Experience with first-time moms and the hospitals I’m considering would be a big plus! Third baby (twins previously) and looking at a natural VBAC birthing plan. I really would like support with pain management during labor and delivery as well as lactation support after baby is born. I work with Gaia midwives and plan to give birth at Mt. Sinai hospital in Oceanside. My current insurance provide is Aetna.

Hi, We have a 15 month old who is teething and has been waking up periodically through the night. We’d love some extra support so that we can get some shut-eye! He’s a very easy going adorable and sweet boy. Thanks so much. We’d also be interested in anyone who’d be interested in taking care of him overnight if he ever becomes sick (assuming the pediatrician approves him being around others and we provide any necessary protective gear).
