I’m hoping to find an experienced, compassionate, and knowledgeable doula who can provide both emotional and physical support throughout pregnancy, labor, and delivery. I’m still learning about my birth options and haven’t finalized a birth plan. I’d love someone who can educate me, help me feel confident and prepared, advocate for my preferences, and support me in making informed decisions without judgment. I’m open to an epidural and other medical interventions if needed. I’d also appreciate someone who can help my partner feel involved and prepared, provide guidance on labor positions, breathing techniques, and pain management, and offer postpartum support, particularly with breastfeeding. I’m looking for someone warm, patient, proactive, and easy to communicate with. Experience with first-time moms and the hospitals I’m considering would be a big plus!
