Looking for someone who is experienced (5+ years) and is well educated on alternative lifestyle options.

I want to have a lotus birth, I’m giving birth in hospital, I have Fidelis health care. I just need help being educated and I also need someone to advocate for me when that time comes.

Budget is $1000-$5000 for about one month of support to start

My birth is going to be in a hospital and I have an estimated budget of $1500 for a birth doula and $700 for a post-partum doula. I want as natural birth as possible, I am not open to pitocin but I am willing to consider an epidural if all other methods dont work. I also strongly dont want episiotomy and wish to birth in whatever position comfortable. I wish the provider spekas english and has experience with South Asian ethnicities.
