This will be my first baby, Im considered high risk and having a hospital birth. I want to learn more about labor and delivery, holistic ways to calmly make it through delivery, support with decisions and physical care to make sure mom and baby are safe and cared for during delivery, education on pregnancy and new born baby care, and guidance/education to make for my baby post delivery.
