First-time parents to our daughter, Colette, born May 12. She is formula-fed. We’re looking for support establishing healthy sleep habits and a calming nighttime routine, as she has been very fussy when awake and struggles to settle or sleep in her bassinet. We’re interested in learning more about postpartum doula and/or overnight night nanny support to help during these early newborn weeks.

Would have to help with setting systems and routines to alleviate factors that trigger ppd and ppa, as well as work with family on sleep coaching for better overall mental health. Ideally, this person would take Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.

We are struggling with our 15 month old son falling asleep on his own and staying asleep throughout the night. We have tried sleep consultant however may be looking for in home help . Someone who can be hands on
