I am planning to give birth at saint peters hospital For budget I will try to do what insurance provides for doulas services $1200 I believe need to verify if my insurance offers that! My birth plan so far it’s natural and unmedicated until anesthesiologist contact me and says it’s ok for the epidural. I have a pinched nerve and they have to tell me if it’s ok. For now I am preparing to do no medicated.

This is my second baby. I am 29 weeks pregnant and starting to get super anxious about birth. I was induced at 41 weeks 2 days with my 1st, got an epidural, and pushed for three hours. Pushing was extremely hard and painful for me. She was stuck under my pelvic bone. As I get closer my anxiety about birth is increasing tremendously. I plan to give birth at a hospital. I believe my insurance covers this, I have Tricare select. For a birth plan, I would ideally like to have vaginal birth. I want all pain medications. The anxiety I am having is making me considering a planned c-section.
