I am looking for an IN PERSON lactation counselor covered by insurance. Daughter has a shallow latch and oral ties. Looking for any and all lactation support for feeding.

I would love to do a home birth or birthing center I’m unsure of cost or what a normal rate looks like, this is my first time giving birth. I do not have a birth plan set up yet. I’m looking to do unmediated birth and that’s all I know

I am having my 4th baby and would like some postpartum support this time around . I am having my 3 home birth. And my insurance is now covering postpartum doula care and i would love to take advantage of that benefit.

I need help getting my supply up through pumping. When I had my baby he had a hard time latching and had a tongue tie. I worked on it and it still didn’t get better. Then his pediatrician said we had to use formula since he wasn’t gaining weight. I then got to the stomach flu and was too sick and afraid to get him sick and made a bad decision by not latching or pumping so what little supply I had tanked even more. I’ve been pumping every two hours and working on upping my supply but I can only get about 4 oz a day and he drinks 3 ounces per bottle.

I had my baby boy in October. I have been struggling with my milk supply because he had a tongue tie and I was told not to pump initially. I then felt like I was pressured into formula feeding because I felt I couldn’t produce for him to eat. Then I started an inconsistent pumping schedule and got sick and was afraid to get him sick so I didn’t try to breast feed and didn’t pump either which tanked my supply even more. I now have a consistent 2 hour pump schedule but I feel like I am just getting the wrong information from people and then looking at the internet isn’t any help since everyone says things that contradict the other. So I would appreciate the help so I can up my supply and stop using formula.
