I am a DONA trained birth and postpartum doula serving the greater Portland Maine region and beyond. I offer on-call services from 38 weeks of gestation until birth with prenatal preparation appointments provided before this time. Continuous labor support is provided with emotional support, natural pain management techniques, encouragement as well as assistance in navigating communications with medical teams. I also provide postpartum support for families which includes care for both birth parent and infant, support with baby feeding, house hold duties, family support, emotional support and additional resource and references.
