I am a certified doula. I have been practicing for two years. I am skilled in both homebirth and hospital deliveries as well as basic breastfeeding and newborn care. I am passionate about informed consent, choice, and supporting mother and baby through this life changing event.

My personal journey into motherhood was filled with unexpected twists and turns. I faced a high-risk pregnancy, a traumatic birth, and an emotionally challenging NICU stay. These experiences opened my eyes to the gaps in maternal support, particularly in relation to mental health. Witnessing the impact that inadequate support had on my own well-being, I made it my mission to bridge those gaps and provide the tools necessary to ease the mental load of motherhood. Becoming a doula was a natural progression for me. I felt a deep calling to support other mothers as they navigate the physical, emotional, and mental challenges that come with pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My goal is to empower mothers to take charge of their own mental well-being, equipping them with the knowledge, resources, and support they need to thrive.
