About Ashley

Hey there! I’m Ashley, a trained birth and postpartum doula. I found my way to birth work through curiosity, a childlike quality that continues to open doors throughout our lives. I realized I hadn’t had many opportunities to deeply explore pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, so I set out to seek that education for myself. Today, I’m passionate about helping families feel safe, informed, and confident in the choices available to them. When I’m not supporting families, you’ll find me hiking, free styling new recipes, or crushing it at a local bingo or trivia night! Thanks for stopping by. I hope we get to chat soon!

Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Birth Support

Continuous, personalized support before, during, and after your birth.
—> Three prenatal planning sessions
—> On-call availability from 37 weeks
—> Continuous labor and birth support
—> Immediate postpartum support at your birthing location (1–2 hrs)
—> One in-person postpartum visit

$1,875 USD · Flat rate

Birth & Postpartum Support

Everything include in the Birth Support Package plus:
—> Six day time postpartum visits (4 hours each visit)
—> Nourishing meals and snacks during visits
—> Support with herbal remedies that may support healing
—> Support with newborn care
—> Light household tasks
—> Referral to trusted local network for area-focused support, as needed

Can I work with you if I’m planning a medicated birth or cesarean?

Absolutely! Your birth doesn't have to follow a specific plan for us to work together. I support families across a range of birth experiences, including medicated births and planned cesareans.

When do you join me for labor support?

When you need me! I can meet you at home to support you through early labor or meet you at your birthing location when you're ready. During our prenatal sessions, we’ll discuss a plan that feels right for you.

What do you wish everyone knew before giving birth?

I wish everyone knew that asking questions, being fluid in your decision making, and seeking support are all part of the process. You deserve care that listens to you, respects your choices, and recognizes that your experience matters.
