Hey there! I’m Ashley, a trained birth and postpartum doula. I found my way to birth work through curiosity, a childlike quality that continues to open doors throughout our lives. I realized I hadn’t had many opportunities to deeply explore pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, so I set out to seek that education for myself. Today, I’m passionate about helping families feel safe, informed, and confident in the choices available to them. When I’m not supporting families, you’ll find me hiking, free styling new recipes, or crushing it at a local bingo or trivia night! Thanks for stopping by. I hope we get to chat soon!
