I’m a holistic-based nanny, doula, and Newborn Care Specialist who believes that children thrive when they feel safe, respected, nurtured, and truly seen. As a doula and Newborn Care Specialist, I have a special appreciation for the early stages of development and the unique needs of both babies and parents. I’m passionate about supporting families with patience, intuition, and a holistic mindset while honoring each child’s individual personality, rhythms, and developmental needs. Through child-led play, mindful routines, and lots of warmth and encouragement, my goal is to make children feel comfortable being exactly who they are while giving parents peace of mind that their little ones are being cared for with intention and genuine love.

As a Newborn Care Specialist and Night Nanny, I provide hands-on care including soothing, diaper changes, feeding support, burping, settling, and maintaining a peaceful nighttime rhythm for baby. My goal is to make the transition into newborn life feel a little softer. While you rest and recharge, I care for your baby with a calm, nurturing approach that respects your parenting preferences and your baby's individual needs. Overnight support can be especially valuable during the early postpartum weeks, allowing parents to prioritize their own recovery while feeling confident that their baby is safe, comfortable, and lovingly cared for.
I provide elevated, holistic doula care for mothers, babies, and families through every stage of the motherhood journey. My approach blends compassionate birth and postpartum support with intentional wellness, nurturing mothers physically, emotionally, and spiritually. From birth preparation and movement to nutrition, lactation support, therapeutic massage, and personalized guidance, I create a calm and empowering space where mothers feel seen, informed, supported, and deeply cared for. My care continues beyond birth with comprehensive newborn and family support tailored to each household’s unique rhythm. As a Newborn Care Specialist and Night Nanny, I provide nurturing, hands-on care that allows parents to rest, recover, and confidently transition into life with their new baby. I also offer newborn and family photography to preserve the beauty of these fleeting moments. My philosophy is rooted in gentle care, intentional living, and honoring the sacred transition into motherhood—creating an experience that feels both deeply personal and beautifully supported.

My 3 boys love when it’s time to be watched by Anastaisa. She has a unique way of babysitting them where they don’t feel like they’re being babysat, they feel like they’re hanging out with a fun safe adult.
