About me

Hi, I’m Shay—a birth and postpartum doula, mother, and woman who understands just how deeply birth can change you. My own journey through motherhood, birth, loss, healing, and welcoming new life is what ultimately called me into this work. I don’t believe mothers are meant to walk through pregnancy, birth, or postpartum feeling unheard or unsupported. I bring a calm, nurturing presence into the birth space while providing emotional support, comfort measures, education, and encouragement—always honoring the mother’s voice, choices, and the birth experience she desires. After baby arrives, I believe the mother deserves to be cared for just as intentionally as her newborn. My postpartum support is about pouring back into mama—giving her space to rest, recover, process, and find her rhythm while adjusting to life with her baby. Whether I’m helping with newborn care, feeding, light household needs, or simply sitting beside a mother who needs someone who understands, I show up without judgment and with love. This work is personal to me. My goal isn’t just to help you have a baby—it’s to make sure you feel seen, supported, and held through the entire transition into motherhood.
