Virtual Birth Preparation & Doula Support

A personalized virtual support package for expecting mothers who want to feel educated, prepared, and confident for birth. Sessions are available in Arabic or English and are tailored to your individual needs, birth preferences, and concerns. We’ll cover birth preparation, creating your birth plan, labor coping and comfort techniques, partner support, understanding your options, breastfeeding preparation, postpartum planning, and emotional support. This package is ideal for mothers who want professional guidance and continuous preparation while receiving support from the comfort of home.

What to expect

I offer virtual bilingual doula and birth education services in Arabic and English, providing personalized support throughout pregnancy, birth preparation, and the postpartum period. My services include private birth education sessions, personalized birth planning, guidance on comfort measures and coping techniques, preparation for different birth scenarios, breastfeeding and postpartum education, and emotional support throughout your journey. I also provide one-on-one guidance to help mothers understand their options, prepare questions for their healthcare providers, and feel confident and informed in making decisions about their care. All sessions are offered virtually, making support accessible to mothers and families wherever they are.
