Sabina is the most amazing doula possible. She is exactly what one needs after giving birth. She supported us for 2 months after giving birth and she was everything - she brought us knowledge, she kept us calm, she kept us company. We couldn’t have done it without her. Especially in New York, where many families are without their extended family to help out, Sabina is exactly what one needs. Our baby adored her, we loved spending time with her, she helped me deal with fatigue and worries of the first postpartum weeks. I can’t recommend her enough. We had other doulas support us so I can easily say she’s in a different league, everyone would be so lucky to work with her.

Sabina was the best support I could have wished for! She reinforced me in my beliefs and thoughts before birth so I could go into labor knowing that she is going to help me exactly in the way I need it. Sabina was a fantastic support postpartum. She showed us how to handle the baby and shared a lot of tips and tricks re breastfeeding, pumping, diapering, bathing, how to use the baby carrier, etc. She was also a great help around the house (because it is messy all the time!). But the best part was that she always made sure that I’m fine: made me breakfast, made sure that I drink enough, and she listened carefully to my worries and struggles that come with the new role as a mom and the extreme physical chances of your body.

Sabina was our post-partum night doula for six weeks with my second child. I truly can't overstate how fantastic working with Sabina was. I was initially a bit nervous about working with a doula, but Sabina made me wonder how I did it without a doula the first time. Working with Sabina felt like part-therapist/part-second mom - she was equally there for both myself and my new baby. When she came, she would check in how how things were going with my son, give thoughtful advice, and offer an open ear to whatever I was dealing with in the post-partum experience. She also gave great recommendations on what was working at night and how to improve his sleep - which is paying off massively after the six weeks as she has helped us establish great sleep habits with him. When we were looking around for our night doula, we reached out to Sabina and she brought in another doula, Tessa, to help cover some of the nights in the week and Tessa was fantastic as well. Sabina clearly has a strong network of trusted partners to ensure you can get the coverage you need with the same quality she holds herself to.

The moment we met, which was over the phone it already „clicked“ for me where I felt she is super kind, calm, knowledgeable and had lots of experience. I was supposed to have a homebirth and found Sabina in a facebook group. Her prices were so reasonable and absolutely worth EVERY penny. She met at my apartment and we talked through different birthing positions and came up with a game plan for the big day, and she checked in often. Due to health complications i ended up having an induction at the hospital. Sabina was absolutely one of my rocks during that process. She stayed up with me all night doing counter pressure, hydrating me, feeding me, bringing me so much comfort and we had such a beautiful rhythm going. The hospital i birthed at was terrible and i seriously couldn't have gotten through those days without my support team which includes Sabina. She came whenever anyone that was in my room texted her, and when i felt like i could do it without her she would go home sleep and refuel so she could be ready for when i needed her again. She held my hand during my epidural, and when i went through transition she held my hands so tight and just let me yell and squirm and reassured me that i could do it. When my daughter was born we both cried and she held me and kept telling me how beautiful my baby was and that i did it. She stayed after to make sure i was okay. She checked in after for almost 3 weeks via texts, and came for a home visit. I felt so cared for. Sabina is part of my family and forever will be. She is exactly what a doula should be in every sense of the word and if i decide to have another baby she will be the doula at that birth 10000000%
