Hi, I’m Reegan! 🤍 I’m a birth and postpartum doula, and I’m especially passionate about helping families feel cared for, supported, and a little less overwhelmed during those first days and weeks with a new baby. Postpartum is a huge transition—and I don’t believe you’re meant to figure it all out on your own. I’m here to be an extra set of hands, a calm presence, and someone you can turn to when you’re tired, emotional, unsure, or simply need a moment to breathe. I offer practical newborn support, feeding support, postpartum care, light household help, nourishing meals, and lots of encouragement as you find your rhythm as a new family. I also provide birth doula support, helping you prepare for birth and offering continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout labor. Whether your birth goes according to plan or takes an unexpected direction, my goal is to help you feel informed, heard, and supported in your choices. A little about me outside of doula work: I’m a birth photographer, I love being outside, gardening, cooking, taking walks and bike rides, and spending time with my family. I’m a big believer in creating community and making people feel like they have someone in their corner. I want my clients to feel like they can exhale when I walk through the door. From overnight newborn care to nourishing meals and mindful support for your recovery, I’m here to ensure you feel seen, supported, and confident. Together, we create a calm, restorative environment where you and your baby can thrive. Daytime support: $30 /hr - 3 hour minimum

My approach to documenting birth is quiet, respectful, and intentional. I use a silent, no-flash camera to preserve the sacredness of your space. On call 24,7 2 wk before & after the due date Unlimited photo coverage from active labor to 1hr after birth Full birth video if desired

Reegan is the most intentional, kind and thoughtful doula and photographer I have met. While I have the honor of also calling her a friend, I firmly believe my experience is not unique. When our daughter arrived by emergency c-section at 32 weeks, Reegan moved mountains to get to the hospital, coffee in hand, for us to have a ‘fresh 48’. It wasn’t the session I dreamt up or imagined, but it has continued to bring healing as I look back on our story. Each milestone that our little family achieved, Reegan was there to celebrate with us, laugh with us and weep with us; all while freezing moments to remember many years from know. As we journey toward having another child, we will certainly welcome Reegan into our story again without hesitation.
