About me
Hello families, My name is Amber and I am excited to connect with you. I have over 30 years experience as a doula and support all types of families. I specialize in multiples (twins/triplets), first time parents, cesarean deliveries, adoptions, and families with history of birth trauma, infertility and preemies/NICU support. I offer holistic and individual attention full circle (fertility, early pregnancy support, pregnancy support, birth and postpartum). Well known in the birthing community with excellent referrals, most of my clients find me through friends, family, and provider recommendations. My birthing support schedule fills quickly but I am available to connect virtually for pregnancy and postpartum support with a flexible schedule to meet your needs. Welcome! I offer doula care during pregnancy (fertility, early pregnancy support, full pregnancy care, custom birth plans, and postpartum support. I have a flexible schedule and offer a full range of holistic care to support you with individual and custom care whether this is your first pregnancy or you are an experienced parent. I am a birth doula in Oregon and Washington and happy to connect in person and also accommodate most care needs for pregnancy and postpartum care with virtual appointments. Please send me a message with the type of care you would like and if you are wanting to have insurance reimbursement or have Medicaid which most often covers ip to 8 visits during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I wasn't expecting my planned home birth to turn into an urgent c section and it led to some difficult feelings postpartum. I wanted a doula who could support me as I navigated being a new mom while processing some big emotions. My little guy is 8 months old now and I'm in such a good place.
