Hi, I’m Catherine, a certified birth and postpartum doula and the founder of Nest & Nurture — where being a mom meets being a doula. As a mother myself, I understand the beauty, uncertainty, exhaustion, and transformation that comes with motherhood. As a doula, I bring that lived experience together with education, evidence-based information, compassion, and nonjudgmental support. My philosophy is simple: recommendations are not rules, and you are always in control of your care. I’m here to educate, nurture, advocate, and support you — never to make decisions for you. My goal is for every mother to feel heard, respected, confident, and empowered throughout her journey.
