Hi! I’m Raymah, a certified birth and postpartum doula supporting families since 2017. I’ve had the privilege of supporting more than 100 families through birth and postpartum, with thousands of hours of hands on experience caring for newborns and helping parents navigate those first weeks at home. I believe doula support should leave you feeling more confident, not more dependent. During pregnancy and birth, I help families understand their options, prepare for what to expect, and feel informed and supported throughout labor and delivery. After baby arrives, I help bridge the gap between bringing a newborn home and actually feeling comfortable caring for one. We can work through feeding, diapering, bathing, soothing, newborn cues, sleep rhythms and routines, postpartum recovery, and all of the little questions that come up once you’re home with your baby. Postpartum support can include daytime care, overnight support for rest and recovery, newborn and parent education, or a combination tailored to your family’s needs. My approach is warm, practical, judgment free, and grounded in experience. There is no one right way to birth or parent. My job is to meet your family where you are, give you reliable support and education, and help you find the rhythm that works for your home.

In addition to foundation births package, this package includes 20 hours of daytime postpartum support, focused on supporting your baby’s transition into the home and helping your family find a steady rhythm, designed with first time parents in mind.
Includes foundation birth package with 120 hours of postpartum support designed to provide consistent care, rest and recovery during the first 4-6 weeks at home. Support is primarily focused on overnight care, creating space for deep rest while your baby settles into your home.
Includes foundations birth plus 80 hours of postpartum support, consistent hands on newborn and mother care, as your family settles into life with baby. Flexibility for day/night care. Designed to protect rest, recovery and create a steady transition in the early weeks at home.
Two birth planning sessions and childbirth education
I offer personalized birth and postpartum support designed to meet each family where they are. Services include birth+ postpartum packages, day/ or nighttime postpartum care, childbirth and newborn education, recovery, rhythm, routines and adjusting to life with baby. I support all types of births, including unmedicated and medicated births, inductions, VBACs, hospital, home or birthing centers. Support can be booked as a complete birth and postpartum package or al a crate, depending on your family needs.
Raymah has helped me delivered my two babies in the last two years and I could not recommend her enough! She completely changed my experiences for the better and because of her wisdom I was able to avoid induction! She also has such a calming presence and is wonderful with incorporating anyone you want/ need into the birth by guiding them as well. I would not deliver without her.

Raymah traveled out of town to attend my birth. The baby was almost 2 weeks passed due which gave us ample time for positioning exercises, diet care and emotional support.
