Looking to find a birth doula to accompany me for my hospital birth at Northern Light Mayo in Dover-Foxcroft Maine. I would love to find someone who would be more of the unmedicated mindset and able to help me advocate for myself.

Cary Medical Hospital in Caribou, ME. $1000 for a budget. Have a safe delivery no matter the method. I do want delayed cord clamping or waiting until the cord is white.

Looking for birth and postpartum support for 2nd pregnancy. Scheduled delivery at Maine Medical Family Birth Center in Portland, and postpartum care at our home in Auburn. Prior C-section in June 2025 and would prefer to have a vaginal delivery with epidural. Interested in less interventions during birth, labor in water/bath, newborn and baby sleep training (2 babies at home under 14 months) and support with home care postpartum. Would like to find providers contracted under Tricare East, Humana Military. Willing to pay out of pocket costs if insurance will cover rest.
