I work with you and your growing family to create a supportive and nurturing container for healing and nourishment to take place. I believe nourishing foods is foundational to postpartum recovery and health, and love to weave in food preparation throughout my visits.

This is a time for healing and nourishment to take place. I am available to you for birth/trauma processing, lactation/feeding support, preparation of nourishing foods for you to eat throughout the visit and many days to come. Light housework, baby care, new planning and grocery shopping can also happen during our time together
