Hello! I'm Olena, a certified birth doula with over 8 years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. I have attended hundreds of births in two countries and believe that every family deserves respectful, evidence-based, and compassionate care. My goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and supported throughout your journey. I respect your choices and work alongside your medical team to create a calm, positive birth experience. Whether you are planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, an induction, a VBAC, or a cesarean birth, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support tailored to your needs. I speak English and Russian and proudly support families throughout the Sacramento area. It would be an honor to be part of your birth journey.

When should I hire a doula?

The earlier, the better. Many families book during the second trimester, but I also welcome last-minute inquiries when availability allows.

Which areas do you serve?

I provide in-person services throughout the Greater Sacramento area, including Sacramento, Roseville, Rocklin, Folsom, Elk Grove, Carmichael, Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks, Rancho Cordova, Davis, Woodland, Auburn, and nearby communities.

Can my partner still be involved?

Absolutely! My role is to support both you and your partner. I help your partner feel confident and involved while providing guidance and reassurance throughout labor.

Can I hire you if I'm already late in pregnancy?

Yes! If I have availability, I welcome families at any stage of pregnancy, even if your due date is only days away.

Do you provide postpartum support?

Yes. I offer postpartum visits, newborn care education, breastfeeding support, emotional support, and recovery guidance after birth.

Why should I hire a doula?
