About me

I became a birth and postpartum doula after completing my training through Birthing Project USA in 2020. I began my doula business to address and help circumvent the racial disparities African American women and other women of color face in the medical industry. I loves educating all mothers to inspire positive prenatal experiences and to better equip them for labor, delivery and postpartum. It brings me joy to support moms during such a special and intimate time. I love encouraging them as they learn and grow more confident on their journey to childbirth.

•2 prenatal visits starting at 20 weeks •Monthly check-ins •Birth option assistance •Labor + delivery preparation •On call at 37 weeks •Full labor and birth support •Breastfeeding & postpartum support 1 hour after birth •6 hours postpartum support within first 2 weeks after delivery (2 hour increments) •Continued support via phone, text and/or Zoom up to 4 weeks postpartum
