Five stars is not enough for Maria and her team. Having doula be part of my team for the birth of my third child was an absolute game changer. I was determined to VBA2C and it happened! Maria and Kimberly were a huge part of making that happen. Maria was my primary doula and her support and knowledge throughout my pregnancy and birth was amazing and incredibly helpful. It makes a huge difference to have a medical team that is supportive of your goals and to have multiple people on your team outside of the hospital. And I don't think I would have been able VBAC if it wasn't for Maria

I am so thankful to Maria for recommending Dubois for my VBA2C. Her encouragement to look outside our local providers made a huge difference at my birth. Stephanie was my doula with Kimberly as my back up. They were both great and it was amazing to know one of them would be there regardless of when baby came. Stephanie was such a calming presence and I don't think ever left my side. She was able to continue supporting me when my husband had to answer questions away from the bedside. She knew what to do to help me change position to keep labor moving and encourage me along with my husband to keep going when I was ready to cave and get an epidural. I couldn't have asked for a better birth that honored my wishes. She was such a positive energy and always responsive when I sent her text messages while pregnant. Everyone who gets her in a birth is very lucky!

If I could give more than five stars I would. Maria and Stephanie were there during one of the most important transitions of my life and I do not believe I would have been able to have the birth the way that I wanted without them. They let me lead while also bolstering my confidence to articulate my needs to the medical staff. So loving, peaceful, and professional. Truly, it has been one of the most important decisions of my life to have asked them to be a part of my birth experience. I am eternally grateful.
