About me

For nearly 9 years, I have supported families through all stages of the journey of parenthood with compassionate, evidence-based care. After training as a birth and postpartum doula in Brooklyn, New York, I began working with families throughout New York City, providing emotional support, education, advocacy, and a steady presence during some of life’s most transformative moments. My approach to care is rooted in informed decision-making, respect for autonomy, and creating a space where families feel safe, supported, and empowered. With a background in Human Development and Family Studies and future plans to pursue midwifery, I am passionate about combining nurturing support with current evidence-based practices to help families navigate birth and postpartum with confidence.

The postpartum period is a time of immense transformation. My role is to support you by offering practical support, emotional nurturing, and space to rest and integrate. Here to hold the baby while you shower, prepare nourishing meals, or simply listen.

Full Spectrum Doula
I offer full-spectrum doula support for individuals and families through every stage of the reproductive journey. Services include conception support, birth doula care, traditional and overnight postpartum support, as well as compassionate care during experiences of miscarriage, abortion, infant loss, and bereavement. My approach is rooted in evidence-based education, emotional support, and honoring each person’s unique experience with tenderness, respect, and nonjudgmental care. ~ I offer 2 home visits but can be expanded upon request
