As an African American birthing doula in New Jersey, I am dedicated to supporting and empowering parents throughout their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. I believe in the importance of culturally competent care and strive to create a safe and inclusive space for all families. My goal is to provide evidence-based information, emotional and physical support, and advocacy for my clients, helping them to have a positive and empowering birth experience. I am passionate about the transformative power of childbirth and the strength and resilience of the human body. I am honored to be a part of each family's unique and beautiful story.

Birth & Postpartum Doula services

As a birthing doula, I offer a range of services to support expecting mothers and their partners during pregnancy, labor, and delivery. This includes providing emotional and physical support to help ease discomfort and manage pain during labor, as well as offering guidance and education on breathing techniques, relaxation methods, and positions to aid in a smooth delivery. I also offer postpartum support, including assistance with breastfeeding, newborn care, and emotional support for the new mother. Additionally, I provide advocacy and help facilitate communication between the mother and medical professionals to ensure her birth plan is respected and followed. My goal as a birthing doula is to provide a calming and supportive presence for mothers and their partners during this transformative and special time.
